LatinR 2026 | Latin American Conference on the Use of R in R&D

LatinR 2026 is the ninth edition of the Latin American conference focused on the use of R in research and development, taking place in person in Medellín at the Universidad de Antioquia Extension Building. The program includes hands-on workshops, keynote talks, dialogue sessions, lightning talks, posters, expert panels, and satellite events. Wednesday, November 11 is dedicated to tutorials, with sessions on Quarto and revealjs, LLMs in R, machine learning with tidymodels, building your first R package, automated reporting with Quarto and GitHub Actions, and adding AI to Shiny applications. Keynote speakers on Thursday and Friday include Nic Crane, Emil Hvitfeldt, and Mauricio Gómez Ardila, making this a strong gathering for the regional R, data science, and research community.
