The Medellín Run Club | First Day Runners 🏃

Join The Medellín Run Club for a beginner-friendly edition designed especially for first-time participants. This social run at Parque Lineal La Frontera welcomes anyone who has been curious about joining but felt unsure about coming alone, meeting new people, or keeping up with the group. Participants can choose between 3 km, 5 km, or 7 km routes, with pacers available and the option to run, jog, or walk at their own pace. The group meets at 8:00 AM to connect, with announcements and warm-up at 8:30 AM, and finishes near Parque Poblado before heading to Masaya for coffee, brunch, and a relaxed post-run hangout.
