Men's & Women's Circle – Shame

This guided circle in Medellín invites men and women to explore the theme of shame in a reflective group setting. The session centers on the question, “I’m fine” — is this the biggest lie you tell your friends? — and examines the sacrifices people make to maintain a public image of being okay. Hosted by Laurel Van Woerkom and Andreas, the gathering appears designed for honest conversation, emotional awareness, and community support.
